(or mallet etc) without interruption to their playing.

Stick Ready (Pic 1)
The Stick Ready is a handy unobtrusive stick holder intended to hold the pair of sticks that the drummer is about to play with-rather than leaving them resting on a drum where they may fall or cause rattle. The Stick Ready is suitable for different stick sizes, sticks are placed TIP end into holder.
Single Key Holder (Pic 2) and Double Key Holder (Pics 3 &4)
These very useful items provide a convenient place to keep a drum tuning key, or keys, when not in use.
They all easily fit onto the tension bolt on the top or bottom rim of a drum using the special bracket supplied.
The Key Holders or the Stick Ready simply slide onto the bracket and are ready for use.
When packing a drum into a case, just slide the Key Holder or Stick Ready off downwards and fold the bracket sideways and the drum will usually still fit into it’s case.
Ideal for use in Studios and when playing live.

Fitting instructions : For Single and Double key holders
Step 1:
Remove tension bolt and washer from chosen location on the top rim of drum.
2:
Align the bracket hole over the hole in the rim.
3:
Position the bracket at right angle to the drum and replace the tension bolt and washer through it, then tighten bolt as desired.
4:
Slide the holder, using the tube with the cut-out section, onto the bracket, until the bracket is below the surface of holder to provide a snug fit.
5:
The holder is now ready for use.

Same as steps 1-5 above
Please note: A "Stick Ready Stick Stopper" has been placed at the end of the two external tubes to prevent sticks falling through, and are intended to be kept in this position. Spares are available by post for a nominal fee if required.

The Quick Stick - Stick Holder enables quick replacement or selection of spaced apart drumsticks, mallets,
beaters etc, from your preferred ideal position and angle.
Adjustment to suit the style of stick being used:
Using only a rounded, blunt ended tool i.e. butt end of a drum stick, the position of the black plastic Stick Stoppers (supplied) can be adjusted to allow you to choose the optimum depth so the sticks can be easily removed without snagging and do not wobble excessively. Always place sticks in the hollow part of the Stick Stopper.
For the holes with reduced ends use a smaller suitable tool (say, 7mm in diameter with a small handle) to push through the reduction to adjust the Stopper. Keep a few spares handy when setting-up/playing.
To adjust or remove stick stopper from tubes 1, 2 & 3, push the stopper cap end down.
Fixing options:- For mounting purposes the reduced internal diameters, at the base of the 2nd and 4th holes of the Quick Stick -Stick Holder, can accept commonly available generic L-Arms of both diameters. Simply clamp the Quick Stick - Stick Holder to hardware on your kit, just where you need it (pic 1).
To position the Quick Stick - Stick Holder a little further away from you (e.g. to prevent sticks interfering with play above the snare drum when fixed to a bass drum post):
Use the Quick Stick -Stick Holder in upside-down (reverse) mode i.e. so the two reduced diameter ends are facing you (pic 2). This still allows 1-3 sticks to be held.
Remove the stopper from hole 2 or 4 and push an L- Arm inside through chosen tube, then into the reduced end (remember to turn the Stick Stoppers round in the middle and two outer tubes!).
The Quick Stick - Stick Holder can also be fitted into some double braced legs of stands used on a drum kit e.g. hi-hat (pic 3). Place the stick stopper near the top of the end tube being pressed into double braced leg to allow a secure fixing. Still holds 1-4 sticks.
Fixing to a floor tom leg:
Remove leg, attach a clamp to lower section of it, then reattach to drum and use in upside-down mode (pic 4).
When used in a downward angle: It is advisable to check the angle used (maximum 45 degrees downward angle) as excessive vibration may cause the sticks to inadvertently fall if the angle is too steep.
Best results are achieved with the Quick Stick - Stick Holder on a separate stand when angled downward.
Being made from high grade silicone means the Quick Stick - Stick Holder can easily be cleaned using diluted washing up liquid (when washed, just rinse, dry, and refit to drum kit).
The Quick Stick- Stick Holder is a new type of Drum Stick Holder co-designed by drummers and has many advantages over existing Drum Stick Holders.
For the best results, it is worthwhile spending a little time setting up your Quick Stick - Stick Holder. We have gone into a little more detail on the various optional fixing positions here than in the standard instructions.
Summary: Generally clamps are used to give the multitude of fixing positions to enable the position of the Quick Stick - Stick Holder to be ideally suited to the kit layout and playing style.
Reverse mode -
3 sticks, on stand
Generic L-Arms ( approximate diameters 9.0mm to 10mm one end, and 13.0mm the other) are used to fix the Quick Stick - Stick Holder in the desired position on the kit by pushing the "spare" end of the L-Arm into the appropriate reduced diameter hole in the Quick Stick - Stick Holder * See the end of this section for some examples commonly available Clamps and L arms.
Given the option, the smallest end of L-Arm should be inserted into the smallest reduced hole of the holder (i.e. tube 2). This will enable the Stick Stopper to be adjusted more easily when pushing a suitably sized tool through the 'unused' larger reduced hole (i.e.tube 4), when necessary. An exception to this is may occur when fixing to a floor tom leg.
The Quick Stick fixing method has significant advantages over other stick holders:
User can choose their preferred type of clamp and L-Arm from the wide range available, instead of having a pre- fixed attachment on the holder ( drummers often have spares or suitable bargain second hand clamps and L-Arms which could be used for this purpose).
Eliminates any breakage or rattle problems associated with using some spring type/ jaw clamp systems.
Offers a much wider range of optional fixing positions
Normal mode - 5 sticks, on cymbal stand
Normal mode - Clamp/L arm fixing on stand
As an alternative to using a clamp:
By replacing a Cymbal Arm with a suitable L- Arm on a cymbal stand the Quick Stick - Stick Holder can easily be mounted and provide various angles. This is an ideal option when using in a downward pointing angle e.g. for high percussion work (suggest maximum 45 degree downward tilt).
The above option is equally handy when a low stick reach is required.
Simply drop the cymbal stand posts to their lowest positions and adjust holder to preferred angle. (NB: Lowest position obtainable is with holder in upside-down mode)
Conveniently, the Quick Stick - Stick Holder can also be fitted into some double braced legs of stands used on a drum kit (e.g. hi-hat - pic 3). Place the stick stopper near the top of the end tube being pressed into double braced leg to allow a secure fixing.
Still holds 1-4 sticks.

Fix a suitable clamp to a convenient point on the kit to give the desired position of the Quick Stick - Stick Holder - this point largely depends on the options provided by the particular kit as well as on the actual place the Quick Stick - Stick Holder needs to be in, to be most effective.
Numerous clamps fit onto the shafts of most stands used on and around a drum kit, the bass drum post and floor tom legs.
Some fixing positions are illustrated on the Quick Stick - Stick Holder wrapping.
Once the clamp is fixed with the L- Arm and Quick Stick - Stick Holder attached
Check and adjust as necessary the angle of the Quick Stick - Stick Holder so that in normal playing the "grab" angle is correct for that particular position.
It is advisable to practise retrieving sticks to ensure that the Quick Stick - Stick Holder is at the best angle - the draw needs to be in the direction that the Quick Stick- Stick Holder hole is pointing. Avoid snagging the stick!
For the fastest stick retrieval in any position, use in upside-down mode
(just use 3 hole positions i.e. the middle & two outer tubes).
Using different lengths of L-Arms will conveniently vary the preferred distance and reach of sticks when the holder is fixed to e.g. hi-hat post or cymbal stand.

Reverse mode fixing on Bass drum
The Quick Stick - Stick Holder works best when the drum stick sits in the hollow end of the black plastic Stoppers. If the Stoppers are reversed with drum stick sitting on the curved top of the stopper there is sometimes a tendency for the stick to snag slightly on the edge of the tube.
Depending on the style and diameter of sticks to be used and whether "tip" end or "butt" end retrieval is required, adjust the depth that the sticks go into the Quick Stick - Stick Holder.
Generally thinner sticks need a little more depth in the Quick Stick - Stick Holder than thicker sticks. Therefore as the "butt" end is thicker, for "tip" end retrieval the depth should be less than for the more common "butt" end retrieval.
When the holder is fixed to a bass drum post it is advisable to use holder in upside-down mode and the Stoppers positioned at the far end of tubes 1, 3 and 5 (i.e. the middle and two outer tubes). This position will stabilise the drum sticks, which otherwise might wobble excessively if the bass drum is being 'pounded' (as if!!).
Avoid pushing the Stoppers too hard. Never use a sharp ended tool to adjust them!
Reverse mode fixing on Bass drum
When using the Quick Stick - Stick Holder at a downward pointing angle (e.g. for high percussion work), drummers may prefer to remove the stoppers altogether to allow the sticks more freedom to grip the internal surface. Remember, it is advisable to use holder on a separate stand to minimise vibration as this will reduce the downward pointing angle that can be used (suggest maximum 45 degree downward tilt).
The Quick Stick - Stick Holder is also useful to hold drum keys, especially when used in upside-mode and key is placed in the largest reduced hole (i.e. tube 4)
( NB: The handy Quick Stick- Single and Double Keyholders are also available).
Also holds some/suitably sized spanners (e.g. as used on timbales).
